
Triphala is a combination of three fruits (Harithaki, Amlaki and Bhibitaki) that has been used in Ayurvedic for thousands of years. Triphala has been historically used as a digestive cleanser. Triphala has been shown to be a potent free radical scavenger. In addition, it has been found to possess numerous other bioactive compounds, including gallic acid, tannic acid, and epicatechin.
3 - 6 grams to be taken with ghee, honey or warm water twice daily.
